You’ve Already Started

I’m Rebecca Cartwright, a senior executive leader with more than 20 years’ experience in financial services. I've known first-hand the pressures that come with high performance, responsibility and constant demand. I also know there is another way.

I work with thoughtful, high-performing women have achieved a great deal professionally, but no longer want success to come at the cost of themselves.

If you’re here, part of you already knows something needs to change.

That awareness matters.

Recognising that the way you’ve been living or leading no longer sustainable takes courage, honesty and self-awareness.

Awareness is often where change begins. You’ve already started.

Success does not have to cost you who you are

You have achieved a great deal.

But real success should not require you to disconnect from yourself in order to sustain it.

Not your wellbeing.

Not your relationships.

Not your sense of who you are beneath the responsibility, pressure and achievement.

Because the goal is not simply to keep functioning.

It is to create a way of leading and living that actually feels like your own.

You do not have to navigate that alone.

Why This Work Matters to Me

For a long time, I thrived in high-pressure environments.

I enjoyed the pace, responsibility and challenge that came with leadership. But beneath the surface, I had become disconnected with myself.

Like many high-performing people, I became very good at pushing through - until my body forced me to stop.

After burnout and a suspected heart-attack, I began questioning whether success was supposed to feel like constant endurance.

Working with an exceptional coach transformed the way I lived and led. Not because I needed ‘fixing’, but because coaching helped me reconnect with myself, ‘rewired’ my thinking to create a more sustainable way of living and working.

That journey is what led me here.

Today, I work with thoughtful, high-performing leaders who want success that feels more aligned, grounded and sustainable - not achieved at the cost of themselves.
